Greetings Ksu Students, Falculty and Staff

If you would like to be apart of “Chosen”, we will  be holding auditions in January of 2011. We are preparing for an even better year than the last. If you would like to know more about us , look under the ABOUT tab on the website. Feel free to email us as well at, www.chosen@ksuclubs.com.

If you were in Chosen last semester, and would like to be apart of this singing ministry again, you do not have to audition, but will be asked to submit an improvement request form this semester to me ( Answer Preiere Clark). All are invited to the Auditions, just watch out for the updates so you will know what paticular days, times and also the location of where the auditions will be held.

    CHOSEN THE GOSPEL CHOIR HERE  ON CAMPUS HAS CHANGED THE LOCATION OF THEIR SPRING CONCERT DUE THE THE WEATHER. IT WILL NOW BE HELD AT GREATER COMMUNITY COGIC IN MARIETTA GA. THE ADDRESS IS 406 ROSWELL RD. NOT TOO FAR FROM THE BIG CHICKEN.

Hey Chosen, This is Answer, Your Lovely Director…lol

If you were not able to attend the last rehearsal we missed you all very dearly…BUT…… I do have to say we had a blast….YES GOD ……showed up and out…but I am looking forward to seeing EVERYONES….UMMMHMMMM…EVRYONES … faces this week!!!

We are going to work on all the songs that we have rehearse so far and some…So dont miss out…..

I need everyone to learn the words to all of the songs we have covered so far!!! If you dont Remember here are the songs you need to learn….

It shall come to pass….Fix what is broken….Every Knee Shall Bow…..Oh Lord We Bless Your Name……Any Way You Bless Me……etc…..

Greetings from Target!
My name is Joylond Byrd and I am the KSU Campus Liaison for Recruitment for Target. I wanted to reach out to your organization and let you know that Target will be at the Career Fair this Tuesday, February 23 from 12 noon to 4:00pm. We’d like for your student organization to come by and check out the Career opportunities Target has available. We are always looking for great talent and we feel that KSU has a lot to offer. That’s why we are here!

Hi!!! ,

 Congratulations…….

   To all of you who passed succesfully through the auditions! I am truly sorry for the delay. I would like to say that each and everyone of you did a great job on last week. If you did not remember, let me re-inform you, that there WILL be a  MANDATORY MEEETING that will be held Wednesday 27th 2010 ( which is tomorrow) @ 7:00pm in the Music  Building, Rm 107. For those of you that have meeting or prior engagments that will cause you to be late, just email me at  the address listed below.

    All you need to do is be there, ready to listen and possibly sing. Before you come if you could please read over the Constitution that is posted under ”About” on the Chosen Website.

   If you have made a Commenet of any type on the Chosen website, I have not been able to recieve it, so if you could just resubmitt it and or just send it to  my email address preiereclark@yahoo.com , I would greatly appreciate it…

Statement of Purpose:

Chosen is a Gospel Choir; a Ministry who’s sole purpose is to spread God’s Word to individuals of young and old , on and off campus, through song. We are a Choir that promotes unity, because together we are capable of standing; but divided we will surely fall. Our goal as a choir is to build long lasting friendship amongst each other so that we can truly let the world know that God’s love is available to everyone. We like to get radical for Christ (so you cant be afraid because we are never ashamed to give him praise!!!)

AUDITIONS:

Hey you guys it’s time for Auditions !!!

The auditions will be held in the Music Building  Rm. 107, (which is located beside The  Commons) … The dates and times are as follows:

-January 19th 2010 —> 6:00-8:00pm

-January 20th 2010—>6:00-8:00pm

Be dressed Appropriately and Please be prepared to sing at least one song…..

We will be holding Auditions for the choir Spring 2010, stay tuned for an update of the date and the time….. Dont be afraid to come out and show your talent. The Audition will require you to sing a GOSPEL song  of your choice . If you are a musician you are welcome to come as well.
